Albert (Alik) Fishman is the Switching Software and Solutions Product Marketing Manager at Cavium and a representative to the Open Switch Project.
A problem solver and innovative solutions promoter at heart, Albert has over 15 years of extensive experience in the semiconductor industry with deep expertise in systems architecture, solutions definition and innovative products marketing.
Prior to joining Cavium, Albert served in various positions contributing technical and marketing leadership at Marvell. He holds several patents in the field of Software-Defined Data Center (SDDC) virtualization, and numerous awards in the SDN area. Albert is a frequent speaker at industry-leading conferences, summits, and other networking-related events.
Albert holds a BA degree in Electronic Engineering from the Tel-Aviv University, MBA degree in Hi-Tech Business Management from the Technion, and enrichment programs certificates from the Stanford University.

Joe Ghalam is a distinguished engineer/architect at Dell EMC. Qualification for achieving distinguished engineer at Dell EMC was working across business lines with a broad technical reach and impact for which Joe is recognized.
Joe was lead architect for Dell EMC’s next generation open networking platform operating system OS10. He has worked with Dell EMC networking customer advisory members and partners, and networking product line management, plus the CTO office in chartering and implementing the open networking strategy. Joe was technical lead in delivering the SONiC Open Source project under OCP. He is very familiar with demands of the open source community and has a broad reach within Dell EMC networking engineering to marshal resources required to addressing the technical challenges that face the OpenSwitch community.

Mathieu Lemay is CEO of Inocybe Technologies, a leading open source networking and OpenDaylight SDN technology provider from the data center to the network edge, and CTO of Civimetrix Telecom company deploying open access networks.
Mathieu has more than 20 years of experience in information technology. At the age of 10 he was programming C++, ADA and x86 ASM, and then got involved in networking from the early bulletin board systems to the first commodity Internet. He earned a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on wireless and optical telecommunications.
Inocybe Technologies is a member of OpenDaylight since June 2013 and Mathieu is currently a committer to the Docs and Reservation projects. After 12 years at being CEO, Mathieu has acquired intensive knowledge on legal and technical contracts. He is also well versed in financial management of IT resources and assets.

Rick Davis joined the Verizon Connect team two years ago to drive the design and development of the next generation infrastructure platform for hosting of Verizon Connect’s core applications. Prior to Verizon Connect, Rick has served in various roles at Verizon in many key divisions such as Verizon FiOS, VZ Hub, Media Manager Online, Redbox Instant by Verizon, go90, and Verizon IPTV/OnCue.
Rick has also spent time at various Fortune 100 companies in systems and infrastructure roles. He is an open source enthusiast with over 17 years of experience in design, implementation, and support of large-scale server, storage, and network infrastructure.
